By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Junipry is an online directory that lists service businesses and professionals. We provide a platform for discovery and contact. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or engagement between a visitor and a listed business.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us immediately at hello@junipry.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Directory Listings
4.1 Listings we create
We may create listings using publicly available business information. These listings are informational and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or any relationship between Junipry and the business.
4.2 Claiming a listing
A business owner or authorised representative may claim a listing. We may ask for verification before approving a claim, and we may approve, reject, or revoke a claim at our discretion. Submitting a fraudulent claim is a breach of these Terms.
4.3 Listing accuracy
While we take reasonable care, we do not verify every detail in every listing and we do not warrant that listing information is accurate, complete, or current. Verify details directly with the business before relying on them.
4.4 Removal requests
If you are a business owner and want your listing corrected or removed, email hello@junipry.com. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
5. User Content
“User Content” means anything you submit — profile details, descriptions, photos, logos, services, reviews, inquiries, and messages.
5.1 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and you confirm that you own it or have all rights necessary to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
5.2 Licence to us
You grant Junipry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or where others have already interacted with it.
5.3 Prohibited content
Do not submit content that is:
- False, misleading, or fraudulent
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
- Infringing on any intellectual property or privacy right
- Spam, or purely promotional content unrelated to a legitimate listing
- Malware, or anything designed to disrupt the Service
- Sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience
We may remove any content that breaches these Terms, without notice.
6. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experience. You may not post reviews of your own business, post reviews of a competitor to harm them, offer or accept payment in exchange for a review, or post reviews on behalf of someone else. We may remove reviews we reasonably believe are fake, incentivised, or abusive.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the Service or its data without our written permission
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or overload our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
- Impersonate any person or business
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and the Junipry name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no right to use our branding without written permission. Content owned by listed businesses and users remains theirs.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service contains links to third-party websites and integrates third-party services such as maps and analytics. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any listing is accurate or current. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any listed business, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service you obtain from a listed business. Any dealings you have with a listed business are solely between you and that business.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junipry and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junipry and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or its users. Sections 5.2, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
14. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
